A few days ago, my husband asked me to go running with him. I love to run, I enjoy being outdoors but when it starts getting cold I would much rather go to the gym and hop on a treadmill, which is what I’ve been doing, my husband on the other hand prefers running outside. I joined him. It was a beautiful crisp morning, the birds were chirping, I saw a few squirrels, the air felt clean and there was a silence that felt so peaceful.
