Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- Extra pumpkin spice for sprinkling on top
- Cold brew coffee or iced coffee of your choice
In a jug, combine the heavy cream, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, vanilla essence and 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice
Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and frothy. This will be the pumpkin cream mixture.
Fill a glass with ice and cold brew or iced coffee, leave some space for creamer or milk and the foam.
Pour your choice of creamer or milk.
Carefully spoon the pumpkin cream mixture on top of the coffee.
Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin spice on the foam for added flavor.
You can also use a straw or a long spoon to gently stir the pumpkin cream into the coffee for a delightful blend of flavors.
