If you follow my blog, you probably already know how much I love Asheville, and how often my husband and I visit. Those beautiful mountains do it for me every time. If you don’t know, well, scroll up and read about all of our adventures in Asheville, NC. We just recently got back from a quick trip and wanted to share our Itinerary for One night in Asheville.
Asheville Itinerary
Itinerary explained
If you’ve never been to Biscuit Head, I highly recommend trying their Filthy Animal for breakfast or their Biscuit French Toast; both are absolutely delicious. If you’re going with a partner, consider ordering both meals so you can try each other’s food.
Stop by as many local stores as you can in downtown Asheville, here are some of my favorites:
- Asheville Bee Charmer- local grown honey and bee related gifts
- Trade and Lore- gift shop
- Whisp- gift shop for the girlies, they also have beautiful dainty jewelry
- Battery Park- Book store
Sweets and Treats have become my go-to when I visit Asheville; I believe it’s the only boba spot in downtown. The store is charming, and they have scrumptious desserts. Try the caramel cream puff; it’s only $3.50, as well as their passion fruit tea with lychee popping boba. You won’t regret it.
Red Ginger is right across Sweets and Treats. Their food is is packed with flavor and is reasonably priced.
If you’re staying at an Airbnb, check-in will probably be after 2 pm. After you’ve had lunch, check in as soon as you can. I wouldn’t recommend staying out all night and then heading to your Airbnb to check in late at night. You might run into some problems and will need the host’s help, and you wouldn’t want to bother them when they might be asleep. Check in early so you can deal with issues if there are any and get them out of the way.
Try to get some rest when you can, so you’re up and refreshed when it’s time for you to head out and enjoy the night life.
Mr Tea Asian Bistro has reasonably priced, delicious and big portioned food. I rated their food five starts, everything I had from their starters to main course was just phenomenal, and their customer service was just as great. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Old Europe Pastry is in the heart of Downtown Asheville, their pastries are so good, fresh and European inspired.
Liberty house is a literal house turned into a restaurant. They have plenty of seating space outside, but very limited inside. Their hot beverages are to die for and their breakfast burrito is a meal you have to try.
Enjoy your one night stay in Asheville.
